Is there a way to turn off Crash detection?

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off crash? I could in other sims, just wondering if it’s possible here. I want to be able to keep a flight going after a crash instead of taking me to the menu or restarting the flight.

One of the reasons is that I use a controller for my drone cam when shooting aerials of airports and scenery. Sometimes I get a crash due to damaged landing gear and the flight ends, especially in the cubs. I want to avoid that so I don’t have to stop recording and restart everything.

It is in the options menu. Damage can be turned off, not sure about crashes altogether.

Perhaps you could use the active pause while you are shooting your airport and scenery aerials?

  1. Options -> Developer mode: On

  2. Top menu -> Options -> Turn off collisions (or crashes).

It does add a new menu at the top of the screen so if you are recording full screen it will show, if you can, record a specific area of the screen instead of a full screen.

That’s exactly what I decided to do- Perfect solution for this.

Thanks.

Thanks for the info- I totally forgot about the developer menu.
