Is anyone else getting a new update?

Yesterday evening I fired up the sim and got a small update. Just now I fired up again and it is trying to install another update. It seems to be hung up on the last portion (5/5).

The version # at the top indicates 1.29.30.0. Everything I see on the for forum here indicates 1.28.0.0 and I see no new of any update.
