Using the default A321 (New Zealand livery) and the A320 v2, I am under ms-store:
If starting on the runway, all lights are working as expected:
But, if you switch OFF & ON the lights (using the default FS2024 command “;”) or you start cold & dark, then the right wind light and the 2 landing lights below the wings don’t light up:
