1.6.21.0 - notes say lights on antenna masts fixed but they're not

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The lights on antenna masts are still way too dim.

Coordinates or location: See the antenna grouping North of KAXH near Houston Texas for example

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. takeoff and fly to any antenna mast in the sim - they all sim to be the same but this example is the grouping north of KAXH. They should be visible from much farther away.

I still hope that we’ll get proper obstacle lighting in the SDK so they are properly visible from at least 10k, but for that we have to wait for some new additions to SDK.

This is from the latest version of my package (compression makes them a lot less visible). They do tend to get lost in city lights but are quite visible on their own. Be aware that static lights are low intensity and only flashing lights are medium intensity as is usually the case with these.
