It looks like you have almost everything set correctly, except maybe check Settings > Graphics >

• Parked Aircraft Quantity
• Aircraft Traffic Quantity

I had no live/historic traffic in sim (I could see the icons on the world map though) until I toggled the online live traffic off and on again in settings and played around with the live and custom weather, then they seemed to reappear.

Sorry for the question here. I don’t have the SU5 beta, but can’t I still hear any other conversations between ATC and other aircraft (traffic AI or online)? Hasn’t this bug been fixed? I can’t hear anything at all. Zero conversations. ATC only talks to me. I don’t even get warnings about passing aircraft like I did in FSX, P3D, or even MSFS2020.

After days and days, I may have finally identified the cause of the repeated stutters in MSFS 2024 beta 1.7.7.0, which are plaguing the simulator on my Xbox and which I’ve discussed in other posts.
It’s not the planes, it’s not the graphics options, it’s not real-time air traffic, or multiplayer.
It’s the ATC window.
I’ve always flown with this window open or minimized to interact with ATC and never had any problems, but with this build, if you keep it open, the frame rate drops irreparably.
I can understand why many simmers didn’t have this problem because they probably fly differently without using the ATC window.
It’s certainly a beta bug that will be fixed, but at least the cause is clear.

So there seems to be much less traffic than it should show. The EFB is full of planes, the world only shows 1:

Even after waiting a few minutes, it does not change. All traffic settings on ultra.

Can replicate what @IceManDBB reported using live traffic and aircraft traffic quantity set to ultra.

At KJFK, EFB is displaying many aircraft:

But when spawning you are seeing less aircraft and the position of those does not match with the ones displayed on the EFB:

It seems traffic reported in the EFB is not the same than the one in the sim.

That’s true, so the administrators shouldn’t move our requests to the post about traffic for PC users only. Are we children of a lesser god? Clear?
