ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: After starting a flight I adjusted the barometer setting and when the mouse was moved off the control the tooltip text box slid down the screen. Sometimes I found the tooltip text box would shake left and right before disappearing. I have never seen this issue before.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every Time
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Configuration setting Flight Interface, Cockpit Instrument Tooltips = Delayed

Select Free Flight
-
Select an aircraft (my test was with steam gauges) and desired departure

Select “Start Flight” then “Ready to Fly”

Complete walkaround and enter the plane

Perform engine start
-
Mouse over altimeter, HSI, OBS, Gyro, Nav, or other dial adjustment

Wait for instrument name tooltip to appear then move mouse off control
