Thanks to @MichaMMA i was able to solve this issue, nvlddmkm, by removing the XMP profile for the RAM in the BIOS, i was at 3200 Mhz, now i am at 2400 Mhz and everything is working.
Don’t know if it was mentionned above…
But this issue can be caused by several others problems…
