In my post above is good NVCP settings for pretty much for everyone but avoid high quality filtering if your gpu is on the weak side. I don’t have a high refresh rate monitor but if I did I would be setting a max fps of about 60 in the sim or in NVCP, whichever seems best. I rarely get more than 52-53 fps anyway.
Page file and swap file are acronyms for virtual memory (nothing to do with vram). You can find it in advanced system settings/advanced under performance. Mine looks like this although V: is actually a partition on E: (but it doesn’t need to be). You can leave it system managed, the important thing is to keep it off the same drive as your community and official folders.
