I built both my boys new setups this year. 11600k, 16 GB 3200 CL 16 RAM, 3060ti, and 970 Evo+ drives in both rigs.
Both get exceptional performance at 1440p resolution. Higher FPS across the board than my 11900k/32 GB 3600 CL 16 RAM/3080 10GB pushing a Samsung G9.
I wouldn’t change a thing if I were you.
If you’re just bored and itching to upgrade something, and not planning to run at or near 4k, then a new CPU/MOBO/16GB of the tightest RAM you can find is going to be your best bet. Putting the sim on a dedicated, non-OS m.2 drive would be the next thing.
That 3060ti is an absolute beast at 1440p, with arguably the best performance per dollar you will find.
Only swap that out if you are stepping up to 4k.
