The HDD is in use from what i see

What are your page file settings?

Run the sim (and any other apps you normally run with it) and open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) then open the âPerformanceâ tab and tell us how much RAM is in use.
7 GB is in use when in Menu, 8.5GB is available, 8.6GB in Cache
Nah it actually didnt do anything. The MSFS installation was miserable i dont want to go through it again
Forgive me, but what didnât do anything?
Oh iâm sorry, i did the BIOS update but sadly it did not fix the issue. I do not wanna install a new W11 because the installation of MSFS itself was miserable, there must be another way? If all goes wrong, then ill do it.
I did a standard performance test, just to see how much fps i could get, well, im getting 30 FPS on medium settings in the stock A320. This is really bad because i paid like 1000$ for this PC and i have a good CPU and GPU so i dont understand whats wrong
Well a reinstall of windows is a last resort definitely, did you say earlier that your MSFS is installed on a HDD? If so that will slow things down.
Just to clarify, when you updated the bios did you reset the bios to defaults then reboot?
I also have a SSD shows me but everything seems to be running on the HDD. I didnt check if i reset to defaults in bios
Just beware if you do set to defaults in bios you may need to change a few settings after, namely secure boot and the TPM settings to be able to get back into windows.
Sorry if im being a pain but i dont know how to turn on tpm and secure boot
Do you think im being bottlenecked by some sort? Again: i have an intel i7 and a rtx 2060
Youâre not being a pain at all. We all need help at times. Itâs not a problem.
I donât mean to sound unhelpful, butâŠ

I have a 9700k and a RTX3060 12GB Iâm able to get 70fps in the TBM in most areas on ultra settings so something isnât right on your system somewhere. Though I havenât tried the A320. I wonât be able to test that tonight to see how my system compares with the settings youâre using unfortunately, sorry. Hopefully someone else with the same CPU can help out here.
What resolution are you running at for your monitor? 1080? 4k?
I have a 60HZ monitor with 1080p i think
My question would be, âHow bad is that, really?â
What are your results when you fly something like the default Bonanza?
I donât have any first-hand experience with the A320 (I donât fly tubeliners) but as an example:
In my Bonanza I get 90 FPS / 11.12ms latency. I limit framerate in Riva Statistics Tuner to 90.
I tried flying in the Fokker D28 I bought, and saw 25FPS / 30ms latency.
It was basically unflyable.
I know you want to fly the A320, but some models are just not achievable with some computers. Maybe the A320 is - again, no personal experience, so I have no idea how it would be on my system.
My Bonanza, flying over easy terrain, is my reference.
Or were you able to fly the A320 with good FPS in the past? Did something change? Maybe a Windows Update?
Well, one time, my PC started getting 40-50 FPS on the Fenix A320. After some minute, my screen turned black with extremely high contrast, then it just rebooted, black screen and windows logo. Then it worked, i had that for some time until eventually it got back to 15 fps. And I have a Update KB5031358, it just wont install, i also tried everything, with the self installer and fixing issues, nothing works either, i get this error: 0x80073701 for the Windows Update. Maybe thatâs the issue? I donât know.
It does sound like windows is the problem here then.
