As far as stalling, this could be the career weather bug in disguise. The weather can cause your plane to stall out and it is a common occurrence if you don’t monitor the situation. This is a known bug and is supposedly being addressed in patch 3 coming this week sometime. I’ve had my 172 stall out mid flight, or near the end, really any random time and it’s the weather bug every single time.
Also, it could be useful for people to separate these issues, stalling is one issue, engine shutting off is another. Although, I am asserting the engine shutting off is not an issue and is user error.
