In my Apps library I have 2 MSFS apps

‘Microsoft Flight Simulator’, which is what I have been updating and using, and
‘Microsoft Flight Simulator: Standard - Preorder’, which is seems to be waiting to be downloaded.

I purchased MSFS 2020 on DVD’s (PC)

I am a bit confused - what is the difference - should I download the Preorder as well?

I’m presuming you installed via the DVD’s and then just updated through the store, which must be what the top line in your post is.
If you have been just using that one, and the sim is fine, my thought’s would be to just leave the “preorder” alone.

Thanks - yes I installed by DVD, so I will ignore the ‘re-order’ app.
