Yes, if the aircraft you are flying has windows that can be popped out (such as the G1000) then you can move them to another monitor after they have been popped out.
Keep in mind, there is a performance (FPS) hit the instant you pop one out.
How bad, depends on system and configuration so it may take some trial and error to see what works best for you.
