Also just want to make a point that upper winds for the leg I’m currently flying have been as they should.
My flight plan had winds for the point ONP as 261/38
As you can see correct direction and within 3 knots, these little variations are very much what happens in real life too:
I’ve just shut down and relaunched the sim, and still have accurate weather. 
Phew, I was just going to leave my sim permanently open

The storms have passed in the sim and they’re just getting here now IRL. So definitely at least an hour ahead.
Wasnt there a bug concerning the seconds or something time related being off in MSFS? Maybe that is causing offset.
That’s the bug that this thread is about. Usually around 2000z each day, we see live weather transition to weather for the next day. Today, that hasn’t happened as of yet.
Even if the weather is an hour off, it’s still a heck of a lot better than being 12 hours ahead.
I am talking about a actual bug in its own topic concerning time itself. Looking for it.

So it transitoned that broken to few to clear really well

Ahh yes I had this, when I opted out of the beta today it made me reinstall the full sim and erased my entire community folder 
I need to add it back in, thanks!
