Make sure you’re checking it for the time of the flight. Many sites just show the current wind and the mission may not be at that time. It also is not showing winds aloft, which are important, too.
I have a thread here that explains how to use resources within the sim to check wind and other weather info. Note it will still be somewhat inadequate and third-party resources might be needed to supplement the info.
