I had to reinstall the MSFS due to a previous error while loading for the first time, since I want to have a clean MSFS install without problems. This installation was fine, no problems at all, and got version 1.9.3.0 installed. as well the Japan scenery.
When I went to select the aircraft, ONLY 2 where available on my library all the other are gone… what is going on? Any ideas?. This was working right before…
Thank you
You will need to manually download them. Go to content manager and tick them then download.
In proper English, the plural of “aircraft” is “aircraft”, not “aircrafts.” You undoubtedly have a greater command of my language than I have of yours, please accept this critique in the educational spirit in which it was intended. Peace-
Ohhhh…OK thank you very much
Thank you!
I know many non-native English speakers, and if critiqued constructively, most appreciate the feedback, as I believe this gentleman did.
I apologise, I’m sorry.
No worries, my friend, I was a bit harsh to you as well.
Very rare behavior these days for someone to be big enough to say, “I apologize,” so I’ll make it unanimous and tender an apology back to you as well . Happy flying!
I see my missing planes and scenery in ‘Content manager’ But no matter what and where I click after selecting an item each time the download starts and stops seconds later it says: ‘package failed’ What can I do…?
Well. that’s a other problem… well, you can try this:
Instead of click on the d/l option, click on DELETE…yes delete that aircraft, then click again and download … don’t know if this will work.
Good luck
I’m having the same issue. Reinstalled windows yesterday, installed flight sim, was missing nearly all aircraft, went to the content manager and installed everything, no issues, log on today and now everything is showing as installed but I only see a few aircraft. Microsoft Store is up to date. Is there really no solution to this other than maybe reinstalling everything?
In my case, I was missing the Cessna Caravan from my Premium Deluxe Installation. The only way I managed to solve the issue was by:
- Shutting down MSFS2020.
- Going to the MSFS2020 folder, then to Official and then to OneStore. Inside the OneStore folder, I found the folder asobo-aircraft-208b-grand-cravan-ex. I moved the aircraft folder to another location.
- I then restarted MSFS2020 and went to Profile --> Content Manager, scrolled down and found the aircraft. It now had an active “Download” button next to it. I downloaded the software and restarted MSFS2020. Cessna Grand Caravan was there and I’ve been using it since then.
