I am planning to upgrade my PC to a Ryzen 5800X3D bases system. I am playing on 3440x1440p, ultra settings with PMDG aircarft and third party scenery. Which graphics card would you recommend?

Are they really worth the wait? The XTX version will be the same price as a 3090.

The one you can get for an good price. Each of them will do it in UWQHD.
what are your feelings about DLSS and Nvidia Reflex? I did a recent test with Nvidia Reflex for VR and it was butter smooth.
im also out of the loop with AMD. Do they have equivalent features like ray tracing and DLSS?
I’m sorting through a very similar scenario. Checking inventory to see what’s available and where pricing will be when stock does arrive.
A main concern for me though is the amount of VRAM. 24GB is so tempting… I use
X-plane 12 and DCS World as well. Plus, MSFS being VRAM hungry with DX12.
At this point, I may just holdout for a 4090.
I saw some info about VRAM on GPU’s.
Bottom line was it takes what is available.
There were was no less performance with tested games when 16GB was allocated on a 3090 vs 12 allocated (all the vram memory).on a 3080TI
So where does that extra 4gb of used VRAM go than? Better draw distance of textures?
