32GB vs 64GB RAM Experience

More RAM at these figures is probably not going to improve your high-end frame rates; what is most likely to be affected is some of those worst-case frame times when something would’ve stuttered due to waiting on disk i/o but it didn’t have to because the data was still in memory from when it was downloaded or previously loaded from disk and later unloaded.

In other words: if you’re on the fence or cost-conscious? Don’t worry about it, 32 GB is fine, and you can always upgrade later. But I would no longer recommend 32 GB for new machines targeting high-end MSFS 2024 usage personally.
