I’ve had an rx6800 for 7 months now and the issues if you listed I never have. It’s been a more stable GPU than my RTX 2060 super 
Latest AMD driver and no issues. Adrenaline software is better than what Nvidia outdated panel is offering ATM. Best experience in the sim so far for me is AMD CPU with an AMD GPU.
Btw the 4080 makes no sense when you can get a 4090 for a few 100$ more.
