I think you have a very solid machine in mind,I would suggest no to go for the high settings though, look at the many threads where that discussion is the main topic. The only thing I would suggest is to go for a higher power PS; with the 3080 at full speed, your 860W might want to run the fans a t full speed at all times and it can get noisy, specially if you are, like me, planning on running VR.
