It is important to understand to use the best server for consistency, use the lowest ping or set it as automatic, but if you play on multiplayer with friend you must be connected to the same server.

So if I understand you correctly, there are 5 multiplayer worlds within MSFS? Users on the North Europe server wont see any users on the East Usa server?
