You should be fine with a Ryzen 5 5600X and a 1070 for 1080p. Maybe don’t expect ultra settings, but the 5600X is pretty much the sweet spot as CPU’s go right now for the sim.
You can always save up for a newer graphics card down the road (if you want to step up to 1440P or 4K).
