I’m not even sure if this is the right place for this but:
Randomly, while flying to to Phoenix, my outboard MFD disappeared, I lost the ability to use any functions and couldn’t even press any buttons, and 2 random very low poly pilot models appeared in the seats

The only thing I did was change camera to external for a small bit, when I went back to cockpit is when I noticed the problems.
Tried hitting buttons on my keyboard in succession to see if it would clear and I somehow, even with the ATC window closed, cancelled my IFR so I just alt+f4’d to post this here and see if this has happened to anyone else before.
