787 fuel cutoff switches not working

My mouse won’t set the fuel cutoff switches in the 787. I hover over them, but they are not clickable. Everything else seems to work ok, as far as being able to select things around the cockpit.

Thanks for any help.

Use the heavy devision mod.

Standard 787 is horrible.

This was an issue, but has been addressed.
Do you have any outstanding sim updates?

Are you using the B787 XH Improvement mod?
If so, have you got the latest version?

It may also be a conflict with another addon, have you tried with the community folder empty?

If you have done the above and no luck, delete the “Asobo-aircraft-b787-10” from the Official One Store folder.
Start the sim.
That will rebuild the 787 with the current version!

KevinSull is correct. The mod does address a lot of issues.

Thanks. I’m certain my version is up-to-date. I don’t have any mods or 3rd party stuff installed.

Can you tell me where that folder is usually located? I can’t seem to find it.

Thanks…

Are you on steam or from MS Store?

I use steam

It should be in this.
Your install location/MicrosoftFlightSimulator / Official / Steam

Thanks, I cant seem to locate where steam installed it…

Actually, I found it. Just don’t see a folder where the 787 would be.

If you found the main folder, Packages\Official\Steam

Found my way to: MicrosoftFlightSimulator/Packages

I see 5 folders

Onboarding, Prodefs, spd, ui, and videos

I don’t have steam so it makes it difficult.
Let’s do it this way

go into MSFS2020

Select Options
Select General
Select Developers (on the left, at the bottom)
Turn Developer Mode on
Look for the new menu in the top left (the text is very small)
Select Tools
Select Virtual File System
In there you will find Open Official Folder
Click on that
You will find Asobo-aircraft-b787-10 in there.
Cut it and paste it somewhere (say desktop for instance)
Close sim.
Start sim again.
It will make a new one.

That did it. Thank you. It would have been a while before I found that folder location.
