Brief description of the issue: Took off from runway in Kuwait after downloaded all world updates. Attempted flight with 747 international with Microsoft Sidewinder 2 Joystick. Pushed throttles to 91%. After take off. Throttles became unresponsive with Joystick throttle or mouse interaction with throttles directly. This resulted in over speed.
Discovered auto throttles engaged automatically without input from mouse upon takeoff. Once auto throttle was disengaged re-gained control of throttles.

Attempted same flight for a second time. Same response with auto throttle automatically engaging.
