Brief description of the issue:
I have observed what is causing the issue of the 787 losing pitch control / diving into the runway / becoming unstable in the flare EVERYTIME, ALWAYS at the 30’ agl callout.
This issue has always been brought up on various forums, but always ignored.
If you focus on the MFD where the pitch trim is displayed, you will notice the trim will auto-adjust itself to a different degree of pitch exactly at the 30’ callout, everytime. The result is losing control of the pitch of the aircraft at the most crucial point in the flare, as this is typically when you are transitioning from your glide slope to your flare. Is this some kind of joke?
There is a reason streamers and other users view the default 787 as junk and stay away from it. This issue has been around too long. No, I have zero assists on.

Just exist in the 787 at the 30’ callout and you’ll see the spooky ghost change your trim and ruin your perfect flare.
