yesterday - I saw a single Tier 2 VIP Mission for the very first time.
I flew it in CJ4 - and it paid about the same as Tier 2 Cargo, I got about 1 mill from it ( 737 ruined my rank, so you can expect to get up to 1.2mill probably, including if you skip Cruise )
So we can assume then that Tier 2 charters - pay about the same as Tier 2 cargo.
Shortly after, another user on discord encountered a T2 mission as well.
So it would appear the server is trying to create these missions but they are failing still, somehow.
No more T2 missions have spawned for me since so far.
Otherwise - the T1 missions ( Visionjet, etc ) are somewhat working now.
There are still no T3 missions - for the obvious fact that the 737BBJ is not yet purchasable in Career.
Summary
- Tier 1 Charters are now working again ( to some extent )
- Tier 2 Charters are still broken.
- Tier 3 Charter does not exist, because no plane is available.
And to explain Cargo Tiers from what is currently known:
Tiers refer to pay grades - not specialization levels or licences.
- Tier 1: Light Specialization - 100-200K

- C172, Draco, etc.
- Tier 2: Medium Specialization - 1mill average up to 1.5mill

- C208, PC12, etc
- Tier 3: Heavy Cargo Specialization Only ( NOT including heavy License )

- Think of these as Heavy Turboprops, but could include some jets.

- bugged to Tier 2 missions and pay grade as far as we know

- Saab340, PC24, etc…
- Tier 4: Heavy License and Heavy Specialization

- such as A330, and possibly A400M.
- Tier 5: Super Heavy

- Refers to abnormal load airplanes, so an older superheavy could actually pay less than tier 4 - if planes like the Guppy are implemented.
