Today with MSFS 2020 the amount of Vram is VERY important and serves mainly to smooth out the sim and provide a better sim experience. I don’t expect that to change with MSFS2024 - I believe 16Gig is the minimum you should go with in any new gpu (more is always better).
I’m not big on ray tracing however to the level supported in the sim any of the gpu’s you’ve listed will work great.
