Got this. Restarted sim, restarted machine, no download occurring. Is this a holdover from the patch #2 issues maybe?
My guess is this appears when new patch goes to insiders, MSFS sees newer files on the server but won’t download unless the program updates as well. Had it a few days before the last patch, then it disappeared, now it’s there again.

To give a bit more insights on the subject : that display “bug” of package to be DL is going on since beta phase, and has occurred at least twice since. If you take the time to make a ticket, the “support” will tell you to ignore the warning…
Remembers me of TBBT when Penny ignores the “service engine” light on her dashboard

Basically open beta. The guys that had access before release.
Edit: so apparently it’s not available to the PB guys, it will probably be the devs themselves running a new build on live infrastructure (meaning patch is in testing phase ?)

It isn’t a patch. If you want to know more look at known issues where it tells you what it means.

I have it and I am not Insider, as far as I know
