I can recommend good coolers for your CPUs if you want,
for example I would never recommend the Hyper 212 from Cooler Master.
Rather go for the Deepcool Gammax 400 v2, ID Cooling SE 224 XT, Cryorig M9 Plus, Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo, Mugen 5 Rev.b which are all good coolers for mid range CPUs like a Ryzen 5 3600/i5-10400F even upto a 3700X/5600X is fine on these coolers.
I would not get an AIO for something less than a 5800X/3700X/10600K/10700K around that range.
The main reason to get an AIO would be for Aesthetics and High heatsoak/Heatload cases. Some good AIOs are the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280/360, Castle EX 280/360, EK AIO, Alphacool Eisbaer, Lian Li Galahad [if you want those aesthetics] BeQuiet Pure loop and such
