Ouch. I got a new laptop last year in Oct and paid just under $1200 and the only noticeable thing different about yours is that you have 32GB. I just spent $100 and have upgraded my RAM to 32 now, so call it $1300. Even with higher end sceneries I don’t dip below 20-25 FPS and that’s with AI up the ying yang and weather on. Either you got some funky parts or the rep at the store ripped you.
