My specs are lower than yours and the apps and data are on 7200 rpm hard drives. I don’t have the problem you describe. My settings are mostly on ultra with a few on high. Something seems wrong with your configuration or set up or hardware. What graphics settings are you using and on what monitor(s)?

Have you noticed any other unusually slow apps on your new system?
Are you running Windows 10 or 11? Hard drive or ssd? Capacities?
