It’s very much a case of ‘Buyer Beware’ i’m afraid. It’s probably best to not be the first one to jump on a product and to look at other peoples views on it before pulling the trigger 
One of the first things I checked. It is up front about that reality.

Sadly, it isn’t just Cap Sim polluting the Marketplace. There are a couple of other developers selling garbage in the Marketplace. In my opinion, the internal Marketplace should be reserved for just the best developers. I’d say that a good 25% of the products available in the Marketplace are not better than most freeware products.

I think MS is right in not trying to curate the marketplace. Who’s to decide what’s good and what’s not? What might be junk for you might not be for me and vice versa.
Just do your homework before buying anything, just like you would do before buying anything from any store.

I’m closing this thread for it being non-constructive. Of course everyone has a different opinion on this matter. However, it is how it is. The add-on is available on the marketplace. Decide for yourself if you want to buy or pass on this one.
Side note: Topics like these tend to only go into one direction. OP, what you could do is create a topic about content on the marketplace in general and how you think it should be curated better. That would be one way to start it in a constructive way. Just think about how you word things.
