A Photographer's version of Microsoft Flight Simulator

I found the fun beating FS2020 into submitting to Reshade having its way with my ideas of what I think the sim should look like. Over the past 4 years, I’ve accumulated a bunch of screenshots. Instead of deleting them all for HDD space, I thought I’d put them here. I was trying to figure out what else to do with them, Posters, something I don’t know. Any ideas are welcome.

All beautiful shots!

All excellecnt images, but posting on the forum limits resolution (and probably recompresses) so if the originals are larger the quality won’t be preserved.

Don’t understand the comment about drive space. In terms of file size images are absolutely tiny compared to any modern storage medium. A cheap external USB drive could easily store hundreds of thousands.

Yeah totally… don’t use the forum as a “backup / archive” solution OP!

Those are really nice screenshots. Keep them and all your others safe on a USB drive at least.

The uploads here are down-sampled to 1080p and lower JPG quality.

Would you care to share your Reshader settings with us?

I just delete them after a while, usually every few months I have a clear out. I take a lot of screen shots and they can quickly add up to a good few gigabytes worth of data. The very best ones I share here sometimes. Other than that there’s little point in hanging on to them.

Very nice! Would you share your ReShade preset?

Glad you all liked them!

@BeardyBrun Good to know!

I discovered there’s at least 18gb of screenshots I’ve taken over the years from FS2020 which shocked. I created this thread to share the ones I kept out of the thousand or so!
@HXArdito @ElectronVolt714 I don’t mind at all, I did purchase MartysMods reshade shader fx. It still works well without them although I’m still experimenting with Reshade. I’ll post a version that’s streamlined In a bit.

All good, i have the Martys Mods shaders  Im also a ReShade Enthusiast and Hobby Photographer.

Just the .ini-file would be enough for me, thank you very much for sharing your pics and the ReShade! Appreciated

Sure thing!

I’m so jealous of you photographers!! I’ve tried and tried and tried to make my sim look like your screenshots but I just can’t get there. I’ve muddled with reshade too.

That’s it. Just came to say I’m jealous haha!!

If you do share you reshade ini file, maybe I’ll try again.

I can’t believe this! This realism is too high, even for me!

Surely the sim doesn’t run or look like this right? I presume the snaps are just edited?

May be a stupid question?:joy:

These are straight from the sim for me.
Edit: I do use a brightness/contrast Nvidia filter and in photographer mode I’ll usually step down the exposure. But no major editing before posting, I use the Nvidia filter because I think the sim is over exposed and too bright

Touring Singapore, straight from the sim with no Reshade or Nv filters.
