I can enter VR mode perfectly, but I can’t use quest’s controller. It only working when in manual.
During flight, I can only use it to point buttons in cockpit.when I pull the trigger nothing happens.
Is there anyone knows how to setup ?

I haven’t yet found any aeroplanes that use the Q2 controllers, so setup not possible.
When flying VR I only use mouse , keyboard and joystick
Assign the function ‘Cockpit Interaction - Primary’ to the Trigger on the controls menu. You must do this when in VR mode or the controllers don’t show up.
Similar problem. I had to remap/reassign the trigger buttons also which for some reason was overridden in SU12. My controllers have also lost the constant raycast feature in the cockpit. Meaning the only way I can operate buttons on the dash is to hold down the squeeze buttom in oeder to see the raycast then hit the trigger button to select. Didn’t have that issue pre-update but my new rig is all sorts of messed up post-update. Sorry for the lament. I got off topic but if you haven’t already try remapping triggers per Wheeliemonster’s suggestion and let us know how that went.
Actually at the first time I enter VR mode,I use controllers + joystick and it’s working perfectly.Then I am trying to play on the next day…

I’ve noticed the same thing (controllers requiring the squeeze grip to be held)
I’ve been messing around, so didn’t think too much about it, but they certainly now seem to need to be held more - like the timeout on the controllers has got even shorter.
The problem we have is that most players, even in VR, use hardware controls (sticks/yokes/etc.) so don’t even pick up their VR controllers and so don’t notice these things.
I get the feeling the guys at Asobo don’t use them either… 
I am having the opposite problem. Setting up vr for the first time in MSFS and want to use my honeycomb throttle and yoke setup. How do I get those to work as it wants to let me only use my Quest 2 controllers?? Sorry new to the vr setup here and was searching youtube with no luck
