What is effective now is that MS/Asobo understands they can lose money if they do a bad job and they can get it when they do a good one. It´s also important that users see themselves as the only lever that can control such balance. It´s so simple as that.

I think it’s important to understand that.

We also have to understand that we cannot control their response. We can only control our own, and part of that is the money in our wallets. The other part is how we respond to problems. Delineation, confirmation, excitation, inspiration, frustration, and ultimately, whether and how we choose to be a part of it all.

That’s what my original post was all about.
