Sure. I saw the point on your post and it’s correct. However there’ s still a problem to solve. We can say things more politely, express opinions with less frustration, etc but that won’t solve it. Saying thanks for fixing things or understanding the complexity behind that won’t solve it either.

What can solve it is the money, used as a reward or as punishment, because this is what moves resources or generates actions. Once things are solved there will be time enough to say thanks, to support other developments and to express how good game is. But now the message should be clear: “you didn’t perform well guys, fix that and afterwards we can talk about the extra money you want from us for further improvements by means of licences or DLCs”.
