I finally have gotten the graphics perfect on my Q3 and VD and am having an amazing visual experience.
Except I was getting CTDs every 20 minutes or so, infuriating!
I figured out what it was by going to the Reliability Monitor under Control Panel (W11) in Security settings. It showed a critical event relating to Oculus software. I had previously installed the Meta oculus software on my PC.
Anyway, even though I had selected VD-OXR as my runtime and not the Oculus one, this program was interfering with my experience. I went to control panel and completely uninstalled the Oculus software and BAM, flew until my Q3 died (about an hour sadly).
Anyway hopefully this helps someone else.
