Runway 13 (and thus approach) VHHX (Kai Tak) missing in FMC. Runway 31 including procedures are completely there and work fine. Also unable to add waypoints manually (not in database error). PDMG, Fenix and Stock aircraft all work wonderful except the A310 sadly. Really hope this fine approach can be added
