No I didn’t…is this the reason,?
Had the same problem the last few days , after calibrating, making sure the controller is not binding with the keyboard etc… I don’t know if you have the dirty liveries dlc , but try removing it if you do , if not try to use a different plane and start on the runway than exit that plane and go back into the A310 and see if that helps.

It’s worth a try and yes this is something wrong going on here with this throttle stuck issue and it’s becoming more frequent. Best wishes .
