A310 is coming in 22 days. So i have a question for you

The question is, what will be your first flight with the A310?

For me it would be KSEA-CYEG. Its a short flight but it should give me a feel for the plane.

I haven’t made any plans yet, it also depends on whether iniBuilds provides a tutorial route or not.

it would be incredibly shortsighted for them (inibuilds or asobo) to not include a tutorial or lesson or whatever. I’m sure people are interested in flying high fidelity aircraft but i suspect we will see “wait so i’m in the a310 how do i start it?” threads going up left and right. Or common issues that are often easy fixes frustrating the ever livin bejeezus outta them.

Anyway my first flight will be what it always is for flight testing a new plane: DEN>SLC

My first flight will be a short hop from CYQX to CYYT. This will test to see if the “STAR being dropped from flightplan upon approach” bug has been fixed or not.

Tbh i will learn the startup first, and then throw it around the machloop before i do any of the A to B flights.

Gives a good feel of how the plane flies by hand, how it responds to the controll inputs etc.

My first flight will take me from Stuttgart (EDDS) to CFIT (controlled flight into terrain) because I’ve never flown on an Airliner before. However, I will give it a try.

if it is anything like the XP11 rendition of the plane (Its being built by the same dev) then it will be amazing. It is regarded as one of the best planes in Xplane.

If you want to get a minor head start on how to operate this plane, this is the video the inibuilds dev team made for the XP11 version, and it will be the same in MSFS, if not better.

Hm that depends where Mulder and Scully are needed, and what X-file they are going to open. Probably a hop from Washington to Vancouver.

I’ve been considering flying Pan Am!
They had quite a few A310s in service. Not entirely sure on which route I want to do yet.
KLAX to KJFK is quite likely :slight_smile:
