Yep it’s an issue with the core platform that we’ve made Asobo of, and they are working hard to fix it. There is no date for said fix

I changed my ALIAS name in Simbrief Account details, from a my name abbreviation to something weird.
Started working then.
For me this was fixed as part of SU12.
