[A319, A320, A321] Fenix High-Fidelity Aircraft

I can’t imagine that they’d spend nearly 2 additional years between release and V2 to perfect this tech and then not capitalize on it. They’ll need to get something out fairly quick to recover that expense. My money says they’re going to make another Airbus, and one that overlaps the 320 as much as possible.

I agree. Making an a319 / a321 would be much easier and profitable with the base a320 than making a new aircraft from scratch.

So again Dave is not getting his ATP? He won´t be amused hearing that news.

But count me in for an A321 P2F converted freighter wooochooo!!!

On their discord, they keep mentioning that the main focus of the V2 update is the new engine model that will also support IAE engines plus other smaller updates. The sharklets will come in a later update. Both of these updates will be free for existing owners. Given that, what would make sense and with a lot of speculation thrown in would be something like this…maybe…

Free: V2 320 CEO engine and other small updates
NEW: 319 CEO using V2 stuff
NEW: 321 CEO using V2 stuff
—————————————-
Sharklet update for all
—————————————-
Take all that then release NEO versions of 320/321’s

Yeah, this makes perfect sense.

After having seen all this awesome stuff:

…my interest in the A320 NEO is awakened
In an A321 NEO freighter of course.

We do not have any Airbus A320 with 2020 feature set, in any sim. Very sad

The iniBuilds Airbus release might have a new radio panel.

And here is a precious video explaining every single switch inside the Fenix cockpit:

Lovely! Finally someone not going so much into procedures but shining a light on the technical side and what exactly all these systems and switches do.
As an aircraft technic and aircraft maintenance fan this video is a must-have.

I´m so glad with theese news.

I admit after more than one year after the last update I was starting to become a bit … not worried, but impatient. It was taking too long, and if even I never thought the project was abandoned or anything, I was a little bit dissapointed with how long it was taking.

I´m really happy with what has been anounced today, particularly with the nice surprise of the A321 coming soon.

I always respected Fenix Simulations, their bird even with some quirks, has been with the FBW about 95% of my activity in the sim, now they can be sure I will continue to support them.

I wish when they are done with de 320 lineup they take on with an A350 (or at least, an A340, if the brain-bird is too much even for them…).

It is coming, including the Fenix A321…

The hype

This is very exciting news. We’re getting 2 new Fenix Airbus!

It is indeed.
No doubt there will be folks that will gripe about the £39.99 FOR TWO NEW AIRCRAFT. Hey, PMDG!

A new improved A320 maybe next week; then new visual model, IAE and external engine model, further avionics fixes, and EFBv2 next month.
And Sharklets for free next year.

Let the good times roll!

So with GBP 89.98 we will have A320, A319, A321. The price is pretty reasonable!

Hopefully A319 and A321 are also coming with sharklets and IAE variation!

They will be per the announcement. Fenix said they would always be consumer friendly price wise and well they have stuck to that. Sorry but FSLabs would need to pull a decent price if people were to buy it.

People need to understand lack of communication is a good thing.

So freaking STOKED on this surprise (A321 coming end of year) and V2 rolling out any day now for FENIX.

Now THIS is how you treat customers.

Actually found this little tidbit of a reply quite interesting…

I have flown the Fenix almost every day since release (except when on business or holiday trips) so if this roadmap is kept I will be happy to pay for the variants, even if I am satisfied with the 320ceo, just to support this amazing development.
Well done, guys!

Agreed. You get a Fenix and you get a Fenix and you and you - we all get a Fenix!
