No clue to be honest.

Other than PMDG 737 (which did go town during launch) not sure there has been as big of release as the Fenix and PMDG to draw those kinds of numbers.

I could be way off.

From Aamir on PayPal.

PayPal was deselected as a launch payment option due to the fact that despite we are verified with them - they could not assure us the account would not be completely locked from receiving any further payments due to a sudden influx of income - this would subsequently present a risk to our activation servers, so we are simply being proactive to keep this launch as comfortable as possible.

I’ll be picking this up today. Very excited to get learning.

Anytime I hear anything about Paypal it just seems like they are the worst. What good is payment provider if it can’t handle a spike in income…especially if they notify them.

Great on Fenix for staying on top of this. I’m off to perform a rain dance to the server gods now.

What great news! PMDG did a good job with the 737-700, and from everything I’ve seen in the streams Fenix has done a spectacular job with the A320. It’s an instant buy from me, and looks like it might be the new gold standard with all the extras, options, and immersion!

Next, we’ll have to look forward to other variants or aircraft… I’d love the 321 and an ACJ A320 if it means anything to Fenix lol. Then who knows maybe the 330? Now I’m just dreaming, but well done Fenix team.

You are looking at this the wrong way. You are not in violation of that clause until you and Fenix agree you are in violation or until a court of competent jurisdiction determines that you are in violation. In the absence of a globally accepted definition, it would be quite challenging for someone to claim that whatever you have is a home cockpit - besides, why would anyone be interested in doing that. Provided of course you don’t call it a home cockpit yourself… hint wink.

This looks like scary legalese covering a non-issue – and not even that scary taken in the context of the rest of the agreement.

Alright, let’s say goodbye to the Fenix website and download servers.

Ask Sully.

He knows.
