Anyone having issues with the autopilot on the a320? I’m having problems with it especially the heading hold switch as the aircraft won’t turn to the heading i set it to.
Can you post a screen shot of your autopilot panel and MFD’s please.
Be sure to have your flight director on. (FD)
On the inibuild a320 you should be able to “pull” the knob (selected mode). On PC with a mouse this is done by clicking your scroll wheel.
You can also “push” via right click (managed mode).
The act of pulling can be thought as “taking control from the autopilot” so your telling it where to do. Where-as pushing it in, gives control back (tell the autopilot to follow the flight plan).
I’m not 100% sure about xbox bindings though, but the principle is the same.
