I’m pretty sure Asobo is aware of the issues and deficiencies of the basic A320N so before getting anywhere close to where specific pilot’s knowledge would be required they surely could do a lot based on documents.
I also think there is some kind of cooperation with Airbus already, but don’t know how far.
Anyway, it’s not the lack of knowledge of the issues and missing knobs or how they should work, it’s just the time they will probably not spend themselves to implement all of that.
Fixing bugs especially in the flight planning (which could even benefit all aircraft) is far more important than focusing on the windshield wiper knob on the A320N.
