So guys, like many of you out there since the new patch my engine 1 on the NEO kept auto shutting. I conducted five different scenarios to see what the culprit was and I have found the problem. Shutting the APU master off is what caused this for me. Upon turning this switch off (as you would in real life post-startup), it takes a few mins for the system to shutdown at which time engine 1 shuts down. I “fixed” this by leaving it on the entire flight, which in a real 320 would cause all kinds of problems as APU takes priority for bleed etc causing potential pressure issues during flight. I hope someone or ASOBO can fix this.
