A320 engine sound seems way too loud in the cockpit in latest FBW update. Is there anyway to lower it? All the new added sounds are great, but the engine sound gets a bit annoying on long flights.
Personally, I’m not too fond of a too noisy flight deck. One of the most interesting options on MSFS Sound configuration that I found is Headphone Simulation.
It creates a very smooth sound at the flight deck, exactly like you feel in real life when wearing headphones!

Just download the Developer master version, they keep this updated almost twice daily and they’ve already solved the engine sound issues a couple of days ago. The stable version won’t be updated until any bugs and improvements are validated and it’s usually after a patch update to make sure the next stable release is compatible with the patch.
Otherwise, just download the developer (master) version. There’s a new engine sounds that’s actually more accurate to real life engine sounds and it purrs like a kitten.
