Hello everybody,
I have a problem with Navigraph: some time ago I had inserted the charts in the EFB through a QR code.
After updating to EFB 2.0, I can no longer view the Navigraph charts.
Maybe I should reset the access to Navigraph (of course I have a valid subscription), maybe through a new QR code, but I can’t find it in any way.
I have done some research but it seems that this problem is not known.
Can someone help me, please?

Have you tried to completely uninstall the A32NX aircraft first before reinstalling it again?
