Everything is going well until the moment the plane takes off. The engines hold all the power and it crashes right at the end of the runway. Even off the AT the throttle works but the engines do not respond. It just happened recently…
Did you configure the aircraft properly?
All set up, as I always did!
Then it must be pilot error
It never happened before.

There has been an update issued. Version 0.7.5
I just experienced the same with the Sukhoi Superjet 100(based off FBW A320 components) is suffering the same issue. Developer is working on an SU9 fix also.
I would check this. If it’s been a little while since you upgraded, then it may be this issue - certainly not pilot error 
Same problem with me, it’s not pilot error it is a bug I have tried to solve for 3 dayus now after the su9 update, callibrated throttle in the ipad and in the sim on a320nx same with a330
I have now given up 
Please ensure that all your AI assistance is off, especially the one for landing and take-off. those two hijack the engines which leads to those issues.
Nothing we can do about. It would be helpful if there is a way to force those AI assistants to be off, but there isn’t.
same problem: after take off engines shut down and ECAM turn off.
I’ve tried everything (cleaned community, changed settings in game and in efb following the recommended settings,… ) but with developement and experimental branch I’ve got always this issue.
I just discovered that with the stable branch, everything work fine.
